Orders are processed 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually prepared for dispatch on the same day.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Iraq, including:
Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, Baghdad, Basra, Kirkuk, Mosul, and surrounding districts.
If your location is outside common delivery routes, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange the most suitable delivery option.
3. Delivery Methods & Timeframes
We work with trusted regional courier partners to ensure fast and careful delivery.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Erbil city: 1–2 business days

Kurdistan Region (outside Erbil): 2–3 business days

Rest of Iraq: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local conditions, weather, or courier availability.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Our store supports Cash on Delivery (COD) for all online orders.

Payment is collected directly at your door by the courier.

Please ensure you have the correct amount ready at the time of delivery.

If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Occasionally, Orin Matcha Tea may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking link or courier reference number (depending on the courier service).

If the courier attempts delivery multiple times without success, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, return shipping fees may apply.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Orin Matcha Tea only ships within Iraq.
